Founder and Managing Director
Sandip is deeply focussed to driving success in the renewable energy sector across the UK to support net-zero initiatives. With extensive experience managing for multiple companies in the Energy and Utilities market, he is also the Founder for Energy company, VoltX Power. Sandip’s vision for Ampergia is global, he is actively engaged in strategically planning for growth and innovation.
Roger Newman
Strategic and Growth Director
Roger brings extensive global experience, strategic leadership, and knowledge to our team with 40+ years of experience in the IT, Financial Services and Energy Industries. His vision is key to driving innovation and growth at Ampergia. Roger’s focus is to ensure that we consistently deliver exceptional value and customer service to our clients and partners.
Ian Wainwright
Business Strategy Advisor
Ian has a strong background in Utilities and Telecoms, and has led multinational companies with 20 years experience at Board level. He has also served as a Director and Trustee of a charity. His expertise in business development, contract negotiation and operations governance is an invaluable asset to Ampergia.
Chris Holdsworth
Technical Advisor
Chris has a wealth of experience within the energy industry including as a lead assessor for ESOS, The Obligatory Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme for large companies since it’s inception, a Fellow of the Energy Institute, and a member of the Energy Efficiency Experts Register. He is also a Chartered Engineer and holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering obtained at the University of Salford. His expert knowledge guides us through the energy transition and ensures that we are always aware of the latest technologies and techniques for improving efficiency for our clients. He is available to carry out specific on site audits to advise where energy efficiency can be improved and responsible for arranging the purchase of exported electricity from your site.
Srishti Verma
Renewable Energy Manager
Srishti plays a pivotal role managing the team, coordinating workflows, driving business & product strategy and contributing to overall successful growth. She holds in-depth knowledge within the Sustainable Energy sector, combined with a strong foundation in finance through her Postgraduate education. Srishti drives Ampergia’s vision forward to achieve our business goals as well as keeping on track to reach government net zero targets.
Nikita Patil
Project Co-ordinator
Nikita has over five years of experience in the Construction Industry equipped with a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Project Management. Her expertise in Engineering and project handling is a key asset to Ampergia, ensuring the successful leadership and execution of every project.
Celine Newman
Marketing Administrator
Celine's educational background began in Print Design, but she has adapted her diverse skills and qualifications within the Marketing field. With three years experience in this industry, her role includes event management, crafting compelling visuals for our socials and enhancing the company’s brand identity.
Deepali Kulkarni
HR and Business Development
Deepali has over 16 years of professional experience and is driving Ampergia’s growth by leading HR, business development and organisational structural design. She ensures seamless alignment of talent, strategy, and structure to achieve the company’s objectives.
Jordan Olaleye
Jordan is our Finance intern, currently pursuing a Finance degree at university. His hands-on experience allows him to apply the knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world situations, helping to drive the growth of our business in the renewable energy sector while further developing his skills.
